Course Aims | ||||||||
This
course provides participants with the opportunity to analyse various properties
of English texts and conversation and how such properties are implicated by the
nature of the English language and various exigencies. They also develop
meta-language and analytical skills that can be used to analyse genres and
multimodal texts/interactions. | ||||||||
