Course Aims
This course aims to provide students with an understanding of housing and community development concept and practice. It seeks to develop an understanding of various aspects and requirements to develop housing and community. Topics include: housing economics and controls, housing market and submarkets, housing finance, and housing policy in Hong Kong and other countries.
