Course Aims | ||||||||||
This course aims to sensitize students to the variation of legal Chinese in Chinese communities and develops their ability to understand the language in a variety of legal contexts and to use it creatively in styles appropriate for different audiences. It also explores with students the problems arising from the increasing use of Chinese in the legal domain of Hong Kong. | ||||||||||
