吳玨輝
WU Juehui
1980 年於杭州出生，現任教於中國美術學院跨媒體藝術學院。UFO 媒體實驗室創始人，EPFL 瑞士聯邦理工學院駐留藝術家，EYEBEAM 紐約藝術與技術中心駐留藝術家，KHM 德國科隆媒體藝術學院訪問學者。
Born in Hangzhou in 1980, Wu currently teaches at the School of Intermedia Art, China Academy of Art. Wu is also founder of UFO Media Lab, resident artist at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, recipient of TASML | Carroll Fletcher Residency Award @Eyebeam and visiting artist at Academy of Media Arts Cologne.

《星際動物園》位於吳玨輝個人幻想世界的邊緣，被想像力捕獲的各種人造動物在此出沒。動物園內有一些列動態裝置，每個物種都賦予其特定的屬性。現有物種為蝸牛、原子蝸牛、響尾蛇、火星螞蝗以及冥王水母等，未知物種正在被捕獲的過程中。吳玨輝基於最近個展的現場，將每個作品塑造為角色，拍攝了一個抽離時空的短片。
Situated at the edge of Wu Juehui’s imaginary world, the Star Zoo is home to various artificial animals captured by his imagination, which are animated installations mimicking specific animals. Existing species include a snail, an atom snail, a rattlesnake, Mars leech and Pluto jellyfish, while unknown species are in the process of being captured. For his recent solo exhibition, Wu created characters based on each species that were presented in a short film, devoid of specific time and space.
