ACARL employs Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) produce high-purity, high-performance coating materials. Working together with local semiconductor industry to produce thin films on cutting tools.

Our formular produce high density, superhard Diamond-like Carbon (DLC) on cutting tools to improve products life cycle and efficiency.

The coatings are also used in China semiconductor industry, with super-hard, wear resistant, properties, the coatings are popular in the industry.
